Prepare Incorporation Documents:

These include the company constitution, shareholder and director details, and office address.
Register with DICA via MyCO:

Submit your documents digitally and pay the registration fee (~MMK 250,000).
Post-Incorporation Compliance:
- Get your Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Register under the Social Security Board
- Open a corporate bank account
- Apply for licenses (if applicable)

Important Requirements:

At least one resident director
A local registered office address
No minimum capital requirement (except in restricted sectors)
