We are not affiliated with any government authority, department, embassy, regulatory body, or financial institution. We only provide consultancy, documentation, coordination, and support services for clients seeking business and compliance solutions.

Refund on the Request of the Client
Once a client confirms a service request and makes the payment, our team begins the process of assigning the project to the concerned department, consultant, or professional expert. Since most services involve consultation, documentation, research, compliance review, and coordination efforts, no refund shall be granted once the work has been initiated from our side.
Clients are advised to carefully review the scope of services before placing an order. Any misunderstanding regarding the service scope, government requirements, timelines, or documentation requirements after payment shall not be considered a valid reason for a refund.
After assigning the project, our team may contact the client through call, email, WhatsApp, or other communication methods for document collection and process updates. If the client fails to respond or cooperate for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold or closed from our side without any refund eligibility.
No refund shall be granted if the client changes their business plans, cancels the service midway, decides not to continue, or shifts to another service provider after the commencement of work. Time, professional expertise, and administrative resources invested in the project are chargeable irrespective of the final outcome.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary documents, information, approvals, and compliance-related details required for the completion of the service. Clients must ensure that all documents submitted are accurate, complete, and genuine.
Failure to provide documents within the required timeline may delay the process or result in closure of the service request. In such situations, YKG Global shall not be held responsible, and no refund shall be initiated due to delays caused from the client’s side.
The client also understands that certain services involve government procedures, foreign authorities, banking institutions, regulatory departments, and third-party approvals. Therefore, processing timelines may vary depending upon the authority involved.
Refund in Case Service is Not Delivered
In case YKG Global is unable to initiate or provide the requested service due to internal operational limitations before the commencement of work, the client may request a refund. Such requests will be reviewed by our management team, and refunds may be approved only after proper verification of the service status.
If a consultant, expert, or assigned professional is unable to continue the project due to unforeseen circumstances, YKG Global reserves the right to assign another suitable professional or department to continue the service process. This replacement shall not qualify the client for a refund.
Government Delays and Rejections
YKG Global and its consultants are independent service providers and are not associated with any government authority, embassy, bank, financial institution, or regulatory body. Therefore, any delay caused due to government processing, technical portal issues, document verification, compliance review, banking procedures, or authority approvals shall not be treated as service failure from our side.
In situations where a government authority, bank, embassy, or regulatory department rejects an application, license, registration, certification, or approval request, no refund shall be granted. The final decision regarding approval or rejection always remains with the concerned authority.
If the client wishes to reapply or restart the process after rejection, additional professional charges, government fees, or processing costs may apply.
No Refund for Consultation Services
All consultation services, advisory sessions, expert calls, strategy discussions, business guidance sessions, and professional opinions provided by YKG Global are strictly non-refundable. Once the consultation has been scheduled or conducted, the fees paid towards professional time and expertise cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Third-Party Fees and Charges
Government fees, statutory charges, application filing fees, translation charges, courier fees, notarization expenses, banking charges, payment gateway deductions, and other third-party costs are non-refundable. These amounts are paid towards external agencies or authorities and are outside the control of YKG Global.
Refund Procedure
Approved refunds, if applicable, shall only be processed to the original payment method or source account used during the transaction. Refunds will not be transferred to any third-party bank account or payment source.
Once the refund request is approved by the management team, the processing timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution involved. Generally, refunds are processed within 15 to 45 business days.
Escalation Procedure
In case of any complaint, concern, or service-related issue, the client must first contact the assigned support team or relationship manager through official communication channels available on YKG Global.
Our team will review the concern and attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. If the client is not satisfied with the resolution provided, the matter may be escalated to the management team for further review. The final decision taken by the management shall be considered binding.

The client understands and agrees that YKG Global acts as a professional consulting and business support platform providing assistance in business registration, compliance, certification, taxation, and related services.
The client must ensure that they understand the government requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, and compliance obligations related to the requested service before making payment.
YKG Global shall not be responsible for any business losses, penalties, financial damages, missed opportunities, banking rejections, visa denials, or regulatory actions arising during or after the service process.
