Step 1: Choose the Right Entity

Step 2: Reserve a Company Name

Use the MyCO online platform to reserve your company name. It must be unique, compliant with naming rules, and include “Limited” at the end.

Step 3: Prepare Key Documents

You’ll need:

• Company Constitution

• IDs of directors and shareholders

• Registered office details in Myanmar

• Form A (incorporation form)

At least one Myanmar-resident director is required.

Step 4: Register via MyCO

Submit your application, upload documents, and pay the registration fee (~250,000 MMK). Registration usually takes 3–7 working days.

Step 5: Post-Incorporation Compliance

Once registered, complete:

• Tax registration (TIN)

• Business license (if applicable)
