• Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for providing genuine, accurate, updated, and complete information and documentation required for the service process. Any delay, rejection, penalty, or compliance issue arising due to incorrect or incomplete information shall remain the responsibility of the client.

Clients are required to cooperate throughout the process and provide requested documents, approvals, signatures, and responses within the required timelines. Delays caused by non-cooperation or lack of communication from the client may affect the service process, and YKG Global shall not be held liable for such delays.

The client also understands that each country, authority, and institution may have different compliance rules, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Payments and Fees

All professional fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Government fees, statutory charges, embassy fees, translation costs, courier expenses, notarization charges, banking fees, and third-party expenses are separate from our professional service charges and may be payable additionally.

Once work has started on any service request, consultation, documentation, filing, advisory, or compliance process, the fees paid shall generally be non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

No Guarantee of Approval

Our total liability, if any, shall always remain limited to the amount paid by the client for the concerned service.

Confidentiality

YKG Global values client confidentiality and takes reasonable measures to protect client information shared during the service process. However, clients acknowledge that certain information and documents may need to be shared with government authorities, consultants, banks, or third-party agencies for completion of the requested service.

We shall not be responsible for disclosures caused by cyber incidents, third-party systems, government requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests shall be governed by the Refund Policy available on our website. Clients are advised to review the Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
